enables you to give us a detailed description of your
property so that your advert shows our site visitors all the information

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders for services accepted by Netizen Ltd (the vendor) are accepted subject to the following conditions which shall form part and govern the contract of sale. Acceptance of services shall be deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of sale.
OUR PRICES
Our prices are inclusive of VAT and are per property, per year from the date your advert is live on the Internet.
ENQUIRY FORWARDING SERVICE
All enquiries received from our on-line enquiry form will be passed on to you until your next renewal date. Cost is 29 including VAT per property until your next advert renewal date. Details and enquiries forwarded will be those supplied to HolidayBank by visitors completing an on-line enquiry form. We cannot vouch for the accuracy of the information supplied. Messages will normally be forwarded on the day they are received but we cannot guarantee this.
LEGAL MATTERS
The vendor shall not be required to print any matter which in their opinion is, or may be, of an illegal or libellous nature or an infringement of the propriety or other rights of any party.
The vendor shall be indemnified by the customer in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out of any libellous matter or any infringement of copyright, patent, design of any other propriety or personal rights contained in any material printed for the customer. The indemnity shall extend to any amounts paid on a lawyers advice in settlement of any claim.
The vendor shall be indemnified by the customer in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising as a result of inaccurate or misleading information provided to the vendor by the customer.
